The Behavioral Health Program at Princeton Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a specialized treatment program offering innovative care and services. Programming is tailored to residents’ unique needs and issues, and is designed to mitigate behaviors, confusion and disorientation, with the goal to rehabilitate, increase independence and self-esteem and reintegrate back into the community.

Princeton Rehabilitation & Health Care Center provides high-quality mental health care ranging from caring, professional assessments and counseling to 24-hour supervision.
Programs and services include:

These services are provided by specially trained staff in an environment that is home-like, secure and familiar to individuals who need psychiatric rehabilitation.
A Team Approach
The Behavioral Health Program is staffed with a full complement of mental health professionals, including licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) and Bachelor’s degree-level case managers. Our interdisciplinary team work together to help patients address their issues and coordinate their plan of care.
